Updated 08/02/2014
This website is owned and operated by Inbound Systems, Inc. (“ISI”). This current privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to any information that you (“the Customer”) may provide to ISI by various methods (for example but not limited to: using our website, over the phone, in writing, or in person).
The intention of this Privacy Policy is to inform the Customer of the methods ISI takes in order to protect privacy, how information is collected, and how it is safeguarded. By using any part of our website, the Customer accepts this Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms.
Notification of Changes
ISI reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and/or its Terms of Service at any time. All changes to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service will be effective upon posting, and the Customer’s continued use of any ISI website or service after the posting will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
Personal Information
ISI is committed to protecting and respecting the Customer’s privacy and any information given to us. If the Customer provides ISI with any personally identifiable information, we will take all appropriate and reasonable steps to protect any of this information from unauthorized disclosure.
Information gathered, such as an email address, phone number (including cellular phone number), physical and/or mailing address, may be used as a method for ISI to communicate directly with the Customer. ISI will collect much of its information via our website, or by direct communication with the Customer.
Non-Personal Information
In many cases, ISI will automatically gather various non-personally identifiable information while using our website, such as IP address, type of internet browser, time of use, pages visited, referring website and/or source, etc. Such gathered information is for use in personalizing the Customer’s experience on our website, and for creating statistics for future growth of our website. ISI may also use cookies or similar technology, or gather wireless-device related information. Any non-personal information will be strictly anonymous unless the Customer at any time chooses to provide any personally-identifiable information.
Website Cookies and Similar Technologies
ISI’s website, services, related websites, and/or advertisements may use or contain “cookies”, web beacons, web bugs, clear gifs, or similar technologies in order to gather such non-personal information. As part of these technologies, a piece of data may be sent to the Customer’s internet browser (assuming the Customer’s internet browser is enabled to accept the information). Most of these internet browsers permit the Customer to erase this information, receive a warning prior to receiving this information, or completely block this information. For further clarification, the Customer should refer to the internet browser’s instructions to learn more. However, certain changes in the browser’s configuration may render certain parts of ISI’s website unusable for the Customer.
ISI does not govern cookies or similar technologies in third-party advertisements, or on sites linking to our website. Visitors to our website are also encouraged to refer to the referring website’s privacy information. ISI’s Privacy Policy does not cover the use of any information collected from the Customer by third-party ad servers. These websites may use non-personal information about the Customer’s actions to ISI’s and other websites in order to provide advertisements on this site, and other sites about goods and services that may be of similar interest to the Customer.
Use, Disclosure and Sharing of Information
From time to time, ISI may choose to share non-personally identifiable information with third parties. Any information shared may be used for but not limited to generate general demographic and preference information about our Customers or visitors to our website.
ISI uses personally-identifiable information about the Customer for the purpose of delivering services requested by the Customer. By so doing, ISI may also choose to keep the Customer informed about offers the Customer may find of interest.
If a Customer chooses to “opt-in” to receive an email communication from ISI, the Customer can always “opt-out” of future marketing messages. However, ISI reserves the right to contact the Customer regarding technical support, product information, changes to account terms or status, or any other matter that might affect our ability to service the Customer, or products purchased from ISI.
Please note that whenever a Customer “opts-in” to receive future communications from a third party, the Customer’s information will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. If the Customer later decides that they do not want that third party to use this information, the Customer will need to contact the third party directly, as ISI has no control over how third parties use this information. The Customer should always review the privacy policy of any party that collects the Customer’s information to determine how that entity will handle this information.
ISI will not sell, rent, share, or disclose any personally identifiable information collected except as stated herein, or in the following instances:
- ISI has received the Customer’s consent to disclose;
- ISI has previously informed the Customer of the disclosure, including by means of our Privacy Policy or on the Web site, or through the Service where the Customer provided information;
- ISI is required by law, legal process, or court order to disclose;
- Disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may cause or be causing harm to, or interference with, ISI’s rights or property, other ISI customers, or anyone else;
- In response to a request, complaint, or inquire of information made by the Customer.
ISI may also use IP addresses in cooperation with Internet service providers to identify users if we deem it necessary to comply with law, to enforce compliance with this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, or to protect our customers, website, or others.

ISI takes extensive precautions in order to protect the Customer’s personally identifiable information from any unauthorized disclosure. However, ISI cannot guarantee that unauthorized hacking, access, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Use of ISI’s website is at the Customer’s own risk. ISI encourages the Customer to keep any information safe. We recommend the Customer memorizes any passwords, and logs safely out of our website. Whenever sensitive or confidential information is given to ISI via our website (such as Social Security Number, Credit Card Number, etc), we will take extended precautionary measures to more extensively protect this information (such as establishing a “secure connection” with the Customer’s internet browser). This information is used strictly for financial processing, and not retained for future marketing purposes.
